Important Announcement

Hello, everyone. I sincerely apologize for the lack of updates and communication over the past months. I understand that the delays and uncertainty surrounding your orders may be frustrating or worrying, and I am deeply sorry for the additional stress this has caused.

Unfortunately, I have received devastating news regarding my partner, who has been fighting lung cancer for the past ten years. Their condition has declined extremely quickly over the last month, and they have now lost most of their ability to hear, speak, and move. Their liver and stomach are also failing, and their doctor has informed us that they are nearing the end of their life. At this stage, hospice care and keeping them as comfortable as possible are the only options left.

For the time being, I need to prioritize staying by their side and caring for them. I want to spend the time we have left keeping them comfortable and making sure they know they are not alone, but deeply loved.

AsiaGOU has not been abandoned, and neither have your orders. Everything currently in my possession remains safe with me and will be carefully sorted when I am able. I will continue working on orders whenever time and circumstances allow, but progress and communication may remain slower than usual.

Any items that were not successfully secured, were lost, or cannot be fulfilled will be fully refunded once I am able to return to managing AsiaGOU regularly. I know many of you have been waiting for a long time, and I am not asking you to forget your concerns. I only ask for some grace while I navigate an incredibly painful and time-sensitive situation.

Because of this, I will also no longer be attending CCPA this year. Once this period has passed, I will return, review every outstanding order, and provide updates as thoroughly as possible.
