Due to HSR's popularity, it can sometimes be difficult to secure offline collaboration merch because of several reasons:

limited availability - in this case, the acrylic stands are limited in number and also in the store locations.
proxy - sometimes offline proxies may end up selling items to a higher paying buyer rather than first come first serve or agreed upon.
price fluctuation - prices may fluctuate quite rapidly depending on demand.

I will try to secure as many sets as possible, but I cannot prevent the above from happening nor can I guarantee I'll be able to secure all of the items. Any sets/items not secured will be refunded excluding incurred PayPal fees.

In order to ensure I can secure the goods quickly, there is an option for acceptable with a 5% or 10% inflation in price that you can choose. I will try to secure your set at the lowest price possible, but if prices go up, I will act according to your preference.
